The farm combines several attributes that make it an outstanding whitetail hunting property. They include food, water, open timber, and plenty of cover. The owners have allowed a high percentage of the open fields to go fallow and this has created some great cover for not only deer but nesting for turkey. The farm has some select cut timber areas that provide excellent cover and more mature timber for mast production. Water is plentiful from Wolfe Lick Creek, the ponds, small seasonal creeks, and the two natural springs that are located on the property.
